Pork proteins that have been broken down into very small pieces to be more easily digested by dogs prone with allergy concerns.
Brown Rice
Whole grain brown rice ground to a powder to help provide a steady supply of energy throughout the day. Source of fiber, carbohydrates and vitamin B
Corn Protein Meal
The dried residue from corn after the removal of the large part of the starch, gluten and germ in the processes to manufacture corn syrup. It is an excellent low-ash protein source which is highly digestible.
Barley
Whole grain. Has 50% more protein than rice. Slow burning carbohydrate source, helps control blood sugar levels.

My dog has been on hydrolyzed salmon for a few years. I wanted her to try this to see if it would make a difference for her ears. I clean them every week to avoid ear infections.
It gave my dog loose stools. She finished 1 bag but I went back to the salmon. I'm going to donate the other bag.

Our dog, Raya, has been loving this food, and we are beyond thankful for the improvement we’ve seen in her recent blood work!
Raya has struggled with extremely elevated liver enzymes. Her ALT had been around 600–800 (with the high end of normal being 121), and her AST had been around 150. At her most recent blood work, her ALT had dropped all the way down to 223, and her AST is now within the normal range at 43! We are finally seeing the kind of improvement we’ve been hoping for.
Raya is only 3½ years old and has so much life ahead of her. Our biggest hope has always been to manage her condition with as little medication as possible rather than having to give her pills every day for the rest of her life. Finding a food and treats that she genuinely loves and that can be part of supporting her health is everything!

Gunnar actually likes this food, and for a dog we would have last 4 years ago if it wasn't for dra. Pete, we are much pleased, bloodwork has been fantastic, and seems to be easier for his sensitive belly to digest!!!
